About the Product:

A sophisticated glass side bowl for graceful entertainment handmade by Martino Vertova, an Italian glass artist whose studio is in Brescia.

Each glass bowl is inspired by the movement of water with luxurious shades and distinctive, irregular shapes. The magnificent reflections of light and the unique shimmering of the glass resemble the delicate transparent hues of a jellyfish carried by the current of the sea.

Aqua comes in 2 pastel colors: blue and green. Other colors available upon request.

The Aqua line also includes soup & pasta bowls and dinner plates handmade with the same technique and with different pastel colors (blue gray, turquoise and lavander). Mix and match the colors of the Aqua bowls and plates to create a beautiful composition for your tablescape: turquoise on lavander, pink on blue grey, blue grey on turquoise...

NOTE: Possible imperfections are due to the handmade nature of each item.

About the Collection:

Martino's glassworks combine an original and modern design with traditional handicraft methods.

He used to be a restorer of stained glass until, one day, he started creating objects for the table and the house just for fun. Today Martino is a talented glass designer and artist with a distinctive style. His pastel and dusty colors are unique, and so are the irregular shapes that he crafts. The whole collection is seasonless and adds charm to any table setting.

Italy's charm lies in its remarkable regional diversity.

From the snowy peaks of the Alps in the north to the sun-kissed shores of Sicily in the south, each region boasts its own unique culture, history, and artistic expression.

The difference is not just in the landscapes but also in the architectural styles, culinary traditions, and local customs.

The diversity is so profound that traveling from one region to another feels like stepping into a different country, offering an endless exploration of Italy's multifaceted beauty.
