Shipping, Returns, and Damaged Items

Shipping:

At dishesonly, we know full well the excitement and anticipation that comes with waiting for a desired package to arrive. That's why we strive to ensure that your order arrives at your address as fast, safely, and easily as possible.

Your order will be shipped internationally via Fedex or PosteItaliane. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders placed within the EU usually arrive within 3-5 business days, while orders to the U.S. and Rest of the World usually arrive in 5-7 business days. 

The shipping price will be determined by the overall order weight, and will be calculated at checkout.  Taxes and customs duties will be charged according to your country's regulations and are not included in the price. For E.U. customers, shipping taxes will be included in the final cost at checkout.

Below are listed the shipping prices divided by major markets for packages of 0-20 Kg. For shipping over 20 Kg please contact us for a quote.

    • Italy: 10 Euro (Iva included)
    • Europe: 20 Euro (Vat included)
    • USA, Canada: 40 Euro 0-5 kg; 80 Euro 5,1 -15 kg 
    • Rest of the World: 50 Euro 0-5 kg; 90 Euro 5,1 - 15 kg.

    Returns & Refunds:

    Although it's our highest hope that you'll absolutely love your new dishes, we understand if you want to make a return. To start the return process, please email us at admin@dishesonly.com with information regarding the product(s) that you'd like to return. This information includes the product's order number, name, and SKU. 

    Here are some of our rules that you'll need to follow in order to obtain a full refund:

    • All undesired items must be returned to the dishesonly warehouse within 14 days of delivery.

    • All undesired items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

    • The customer will be charged for return shipping and customs duties if based outside the E.U.. The amount will be taken from the refund amount. 

    • If you are based outside the EU and have paid local duties and taxes, you must apply locally for a refund.

    • After we receive your returned goods and checked that all return requirements have been met, we will send you a return acceptance e-mail. 

    • Refund Processing Time:

      • for bank transfer/swift your banking institution applies their rules as to the time required to post the refunds on your account 

      • for purchases made via PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual repayment of the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.

    Items Damaged In Transit:

    Carefully inspect the box before accepting it from the shipping company.  Should you see any external damages to the box, DO NOT ACCEPT the shipment. or write down any reserve, detailed and dated, in the delivery note receipt. These notes must be confirmed by writing to admin@dishesonly.com within two (2) business days from the delivery.
    If you open the box and discover any damaged items, please contact us at admin@dishesonly.com with an attached photo showing the damage. We will be happy to send you a replacement if available, or issue you store credit.
