About the Product:

The Zen dinner set is handcrafted by the Italian Piscitiello Ceramiche.

The dinner plate and the side plate have a peculiar square & slightly concave shape that embraces the soup & pasta bowl; all three ceramic dishes are beautifully hand-painted with blue and green petals.

Zen expresses the meaning of the blue and musk-green colors: calm and nature; Zen because of the arched and rounded corners; Zen because of the perfect harmony of three dishes piled together, as if each embraces one another. Zen has all the elements for a fabulous, elegant and relaxing soiree.

About the Collection:

Antonino Piscitello Ceramiche is a long-established company, founded in Santo Stefano di Camastra (Sicily) in 1683.

Antonino is an award-winning artist who has collected great success in fairs and exhibitions in Italy as well as in London, Munich, Paris, New York and Chicago. In 2006, Antonino Piscitello was declared a "Living Human Treasure" and has been entered in the “Intangible Cultural Heritage” list of UNESCO in Sicily.

Today the company is an icon of Italian Mediterranean style that features handcrafted ceramics with bold color accents and unique patterns. The cobalt-blue flower with three petals is one of the leitmotifs that distinguishes their tableware collections all over the world.

Italy's charm lies in its remarkable regional diversity.

From the snowy peaks of the Alps in the north to the sun-kissed shores of Sicily in the south, each region boasts its own unique culture, history, and artistic expression.

The difference is not just in the landscapes but also in the architectural styles, culinary traditions, and local customs.

The diversity is so profound that traveling from one region to another feels like stepping into a different country, offering an endless exploration of Italy's multifaceted beauty.
