About the Product:

In 1964, several Italian restaurants approached the renowned ceramics producer Solimene di Vietri with the desire to have their most popular culinary specialities reproduced on handmade dishes painted in the naive and colorful style that had made Solimene so famous throughout Italy.

Today, restaurants still seek out Solimene to create these beautiful dishes. This is due in part to the popularity of dish collecting, and above all, to the desire of individuals to discover some of the most typical recipes from the rich and varied tradition of Italian regional cuisine.

Both collections by Solimene, Dalla Terra and Dal Mare come with a surprise gift.

NOTE: Possible imperfections are due to the handmade nature of each item.

About the Collection:

The dishes of the "Good memory" beautifully showcase Italian culture and culinary traditions. Each piece is unique and original, and is hand-painted by the artisans of Solimene Artistic Ceramics in Vietri sul Mare, for restaurants throughout Italy.

In the center of every bowl, there is the name of the main dish of the restaurant and the local ingredients. On the edge, there is the name of the restaurant and the place where it is located. On the back, there is a stamp that identifies the time of production, and guarantees the originality of the piece with the signature of Solimene.
