About the Product:

Zoo collection is the perfect tableware for al fresco dinner. It is durable and functional, and has a contemporary modern shape. You will feel submerged in a magic world.

Each décor is a unique work of art, and it is hand painted. The animal décor has made Solimene famous in the world: Tina Turner, Richard Gere, Charlize Theron and Bill Clinton – just to mention a few – have not resisted the beauty and joy of these characters.

Our Zoo collection is a very special limited edition - last pieces!  The unique shape of the soup&pasta bowl with the animal decor is a one off production.

Zoo collection will continue to be produced only in Solimene's traditional shapes (click here to see it).

NOTE: Possible imperfections are due to the handmade nature of each item.

About the Collection:

Since 1947 Solimene produces ceramics in his unique factory in Vietri Sul Mare, designed by Paolo Soleri (student of Frank Lloyd Wright) and decorated with over 20.000 pots embedded in the exterior.

Every day 25 artisans work on the lathe and hand paint dishes, bowls, cups and trays, exported worldwide. Ceramiche Artistiche Solimene is an institution in the production of Italian ceramics and it is distinguished by its absolutely naïve and colorful style that invites to collect different pieces.

Dinner Plate - Purple

Italy's charm lies in its remarkable regional diversity.

From the snowy peaks of the Alps in the north to the sun-kissed shores of Sicily in the south, each region boasts its own unique culture, history, and artistic expression.

The difference is not just in the landscapes but also in the architectural styles, culinary traditions, and local customs.

The diversity is so profound that traveling from one region to another feels like stepping into a different country, offering an endless exploration of Italy's multifaceted beauty.
